The u12 Ohio Premier Greens garnered Finalist honors in the 2006 Ohio South State Cup.  They were finally defeated in a tough final by a very deserving opponent, WC United Blue.  On Saturday, the girls had to battle a long time rival, Blast FC, to earn a title shot.  In what was a great game, the girls prevailed 2-1.  In the finals, the girls came up on the wrong side of a 2-0 scoreline.  The team came up one game short of their ultimate goal, but have nothing to hang their heads about, as they represented themselves and all of OP with class.  Congratulations to WC United, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
